Course Aim This Auditor Conversion Training is designed for experienced auditors who want to develop competence in auditing against BS 99001.

Participants will gain the knowledge and practical insight to interpret the structure and intent of BS 99001, apply auditing techniques within the built environment context, evaluate how quality processes influence safety outcomes, and identify risks, gaps and improvement opportunities.
Methods of Delivery Online version 2 days- starting at 9.00 am to 17:00 pm UK time, with 45 minutes lunch and hourly short breaks. From the comfort of your home or office, anywhere in the world if you have internet access, a computer, webcam, and microphone. For delivery dates please contact us.
In-House Classroom-based version If you have 6 or more people to train, we will travel to your premises, or chosen venue for the training, and the timings can be adjusted to suit your company as long as the total duration of the course is not altered. Pre-course requirement This training course is for Auditors already qualified and competent to audit organisations in the built environment for compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements; and are already familiar with the requirements of BS99001
Course Content • Purpose and benefits of BS 99001:2023
• BS99001:2023 requirements that are in addition to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015
• The difference between legal compliance and conformance with BS 99001:2023 Standard
• Establishing that the scope, objectives, criteria, methods, duration, and resources for a transition audit from ISO 9001;2015 to BS 99001:2023 are appropriate.
• Utilising a risk-based approach to audit planning, preparing an on-site audit plan that is appropriate to the scope, and the organisation's context and projects.
• Performing a documented information review in preparation for the transition audit and preparing the necessary documented information for audit, such as an audit checklist, sampling plan, and forms.
• Collecting and verifying appropriate objective evidence for the requirements additional to ISO 9001:2015, in particular for conformance to the requirements of the clauses containing the need for additional documented information, other means of evidence, and evidence related to conformance to the applicable regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Generating audit findings. Distinguishing between findings that are purely related to the requirements in addition to ISO 9001:2015
• Reporting the audit. Presenting audit conclusions that are related to the requirements in addition to ISO 9001:2015.
